Prof Robeto Poli holds the first UNESCO chair for anticipatory Sistems. Philosopher and sociologist, he comes from the area of Future Studies, which investigates differnt vision of the future in a comparative way departing from specialized scientific disicplines and areas of knowledge. The comparison allows to highlight possible incompatibilites, necessary changes in perspectives, allows to work out alternative visions and – he says- to democraticize the future making available knowledge that invite to chooses not necessarly oriented by the “normalized” sciences; never deroging the rigorous research.
Prof.Roberto POli is also scientific director of a Master program in Social foresight.
