ISCH Prize Competition 2016

The winning essay of the prize was “Gender Metaphors in Representations of the Biological Body. An Analysis of Popular Medical Literature Published in Franco’s Spain“, by Mónica García-Fernández from the University of Oviedo in Spain.

The winner was awarded during the IX Annual Conference of the International Society for Cultural History (Trieste 18-22 July). All the best to Mónica!
