THE UNIVERSAL CHARTER FOR THE RIGHT TO DIALOGUE
The “Trieste Charter for the Right to Dialogue” is a project of the Association Poetry and Solidarity and of World Youth Forum Right to Dialoghe (www.castellodiduinopoesia.org), which the iSDC supports through its partnership and scientific expertise.
The “Project of the Trieste Charter for the Right to Dialogue” (inspired by the 2015 Milan Charter by FAO) will be presented during ESOF (Euro Science Open Forum) 2020 as a Science to City and Science to Science project.

Basing itself on extensive research on definitions and practices of “complexity” (from a legal-philosophical, linguistic-philosophical, neuro-linguistic and cultural-epistemological point of view), the Charter will articulate in the first place the right to dialogue as a fundamental human right.
The Charter, will be written in an accessible way in order to be shared by everyone; the document will be equipped with an apparatus of scientific references.
Scientific workshops are the basis for the preparation of the document.
